Our Scope
A Complete plant visualization using state-of-the-art technology to create a virtual intelligent 3D model for the plant.
Different scenarios for equipment and piping layouts were proposed in the early stage of the project. This led to  better space management allowing us to choose optimum equipment layout that facilitates operability, maintainability and minimum piping bulk materials usage taking into account possible future expansions.

Empower’s TECOM A, B and C District Cooling Plants, Dubai

Our Scope Stress analysis calculations and supporting for the three District cooling plants  piping systems with varying pipe sizes up to 40" connected to chillers, cooling towers and pumps. Piping routing was modified to maintain flexibility and to minimize resultant forces on equipment nozzles.
Intelligent 3D Model was developed to perform clash check, extract material take-off and extract piping drawings.
Our scope also included peer review on stress analysis report of 30" buried Chilled Water Supply and Return distribution networks done by others.

Empower’s Global Village District Cooling Project, Dubai

Our scope included stress analysis calculations for 30" buried chilled water supply and return distribution  networks. special care was taken to ensure no excessive loads transmitted on pipe flanges and terminal points in order to avoid leakage. Anchor blocks location was determined carefully as well.
